Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ColorBee, operated by ColorBee, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("ColorBee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using ColorBee, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
ColorBee is a coloring platform: browse illustrated pages, color them online, print them, and download finished artwork. Some features (color online, saving and favoriting pages, adding a signature, and downloading finished artwork as PNG) require a Monthly or Annual subscription; printing and downloading a blank page as PDF is included on the Free plan. 3. Accounts
An account is required to use ColorBee. Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian on behalf of any child using the service — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle children's use of ColorBee. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account's Billing tab, or by contacting us — cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't end the period you've already paid for, and we don't provide prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law. See the Privacy Policy's Billing, cancellation, and refunds section for the full policy. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
5. Acceptable use
Use ColorBee for personal, non-commercial coloring and printing. Don't scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute our coloring pages; don't attempt to bypass account or subscription requirements; and don't use the service in any way that's unlawful or that could harm ColorBee or other users.
6. Intellectual property
ColorBee and its coloring pages, illustrations, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Subscribing gives you a personal license to color, print, and download pages for your own use — it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying artwork. Coloring choices you make (the colors you apply to a page) are yours to keep and share.
7. Disclaimers and liability
ColorBee is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using ColorBee and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as ColorBee changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use ColorBee after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
