Do I need to create an account?
Yes. You need a free ColorBee account to color online, print, save favorites, or download anything — it's how we keep the coloring pages from being scraped, and it's what lets progress follow your child across devices.
What's included on the Free plan?
Free lets you print any coloring page and download it as a PDF, no charge, forever. Coloring online, saving favorites, adding a signature, and downloading a finished picture as PNG are Monthly and Annual features.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Both unlock the same things: coloring online, saving and favoriting pages, adding a signature, and downloading as PNG. Annual additionally syncs your favorites and saved coloring across every device; on Monthly, saved progress stays on the device it was colored on.
Where is my child's colored artwork saved?
On the Monthly plan, artwork is saved to your account but stays tied to the device it was colored on. On the Annual plan, it's synced to your account and shows up the same way on any device you sign in from.
Can my child sign their artwork with their name?
Yes, on the Monthly and Annual plans. The coloring studio has a signature tool where you can type a name and choose which corner it appears in — it's applied automatically to PDF, image, and shared downloads.
Can I download a finished picture, not just print it?
Downloading the blank page as a PDF is available on every plan, including Free. Downloading a finished, colored picture as PNG needs the Monthly or Annual plan.
Can my child print pages for school or parties?
Yes, on every plan, once you're signed in. Printable pages are designed to look great on both A4 and US Letter paper.
How do I change my account password?
From your Dashboard, open the Your Account tab and choose Change Password. You'll need your current password to confirm it's you before setting a new one.
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
From your Dashboard's Billing tab, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep your plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for, with no partial refund for the remaining time. See the Privacy Policy for the full billing and cancellation terms.
Is ColorBee safe for young children to use unsupervised?
ColorBee has no ads, no external links on child-facing screens, and no chat or social features. We still recommend general supervision for young children online, as with any app.
